The Owners of Sticky Rice welcome you to our sister restaurant, Cous Cous.
Cous Cous is a Mediterranean Moroccan restaurant located in the heart of Virginia Commonwealth University. Our menu consists of dishes that reflect various regional flavors and exotic spices. Using the very best ingredients combined with traditional Mediterranean preparation techniques makes the Cous Cous menu truly unique.
A couple of quick notes... Cous Cous is smoke-free until 9 PM! We felt that many of our clientele would appreciate the freshness of it. Not that we don't love smokers, but given the cozy size of Cous Cous, we thought it best for our dining hours.
New menu items: Gnocchi - home made gnocchi served in a garlic, gorgonzola cream sauce
Shrimp and Grits - sauteed shrimp on top of wilted spinach and polenta with sun dried tomato butter
Wilted Spinach Salad - sauteed spinach, apples, raisins and pine nuts
